Retreat Leaders:
Larissa Blechman is the creator of Shalom Yoga and Shalom Within. Certified as an Instructor of Yoga and Jewish Spirituality, she has taught yoga and contemplative practice in the DC area since 2003. She practices, studies and teaches embodied Jewish practice and is a student in the Aleph Rabbinic Pastor Ordination program.
Liz Kruger has been Music Director of Har Shalom Religious School in Potomac, Maryland since 1997. She is a music educator, song-leader, guitarist, and performer. In all of her musical work, Liz brings passion and commitment for Ahavat Yisrael. Her gift is a spark for the Jewish soul, a light for young and old alike.
