Larissa Blechman is the creator of Shalom Within and Shalom Yoga programs.
She is certified as an Instructor of Yoga and Jewish Spirituality and has taught yoga and contemplative practive in and around the Washington, DC area since 2003.
She practices, studies and teaches embodied and holistic Jewish practice and is a student in the Aleph Rabbinic Pastor ordination program.
